Inspired by Heritage

A small shop in Old Delhi.
An eight-decade obsession with naan.

In 1942, Sardar Bhagwan Singh Ji opened a modest shop in the gullies of Chandni Chowk. He pulled naans larger than anyone dared, stuffed them richer than tradition allowed, and earned a title that became our legacy: the King of Naan.

Four generations later, the same dough is being kneaded, the same tandoor is being fired, and the same recipes are being plated — now in Rajajinagar.

The Signature

The King
of Naan.

Pulled by hand, stuffed with paneer, mince, dry-fruits or potato, and slapped onto the wall of a 600°C clay tandoor — our naans arrive at your table larger than the plate, brushed in ghee, blistered by fire.

The Craft

The Tandoor never sleeps.

Our clay tandoors are stoked at dawn and tended all day. Dough is slapped, kebabs are skewered, breads are pulled in a choreography unchanged since 1942 — the kitchen is the show, the fire is the chef.

  • Pure clay tandoor fired with hardwood charcoal
  • Dough rested overnight, kneaded by hand at sunrise
  • Marinades aged a minimum of 12 hours
  • Plated and served within ninety seconds of the fire
